Cold Storage Beach is a large bay-side beach located in East Dennis, MA, known for its calm waters and scenic views of boats entering and exiting Sesuit Harbor. It has soft sand and is generally less crowded than some of the larger, more popular Dennis beaches.
Parking Information
- Resident Parking Only: Parking at Cold Storage Beach is strictly for Dennis residents with a valid beach sticker.
- No Daily Passes: Daily passes are not sold for this beach.
- Sticker Requirement: A Dennis beach sticker is required to park from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, between 7 AM and 5 PM.
- Alternative Parking: Because parking is for residents only, visitors without a Dennis beach sticker are advised to use nearby public beaches like Sea Street Beach, which adjoins Cold Storage Beach and has its own public parking lot.
Facilities and Amenities

- Dogs: Dogs are prohibited on all Dennis beaches, including the parking areas, from the Friday before Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
